The Logic System Guard Service provides regular scheduled Remote & Onsite Maintenance support, server & workstation reporting, network availability, performance reporting and backup reporting to registered clients. The basic function of our Logic System Guard is to keep track of devices, services, and applications on a regular basis. Once collected the information is then used to maintain system performance and notify Logic Solutions of any potential problems.

Along with user reporting the following is included as part of our maintenance plans. If your business has special requirements we can also tailor a custom solution.

Services Includes:
• Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Preventive Maintenance (Remote & Onsite)
• Completion of the Logic System Guard Checklist shown below for all servers and workstations agreed to by the client. Maintenance checklist can also be modified to suit client upon specific requirements and approval.
• Quarterly meeting with manager to discuss performance, utilization, alerts and resolution reports and capacity planning.

Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Maintenance Checklist:
• System & Application Event Logs (check and resolve issues)
• RAID & Storage Management Maintenance
• Fax Server Manager Operation and Control testing
• Backup Audits – Auditing of backup applications to determine if there are any problems and confirm backups are running successfully
• Clean Tape Drive*
• Test restore from backup tapes to a user defined directory*
• Perform Disk Defragmentation
• Maintain User Accounts Manager & Check User Storage
• Test UPS*
• Update Emergency Repair Disks*
• Review permissions and security settings on directory structures
• Clean up temporary files.
• Apply Logic Solutions Australia approved service packs to operating system and any server applications
• Run windows Update to get the latest security patches and rollups
• Monitor Antivirus Logs and clear quarantine if required.
• Update any hardware drivers when necessary (Discuss with manager first)
• Update technical documentation
• Monthly network status report / discussion with manager*
• Check Workstation performance and adjust accordingly*
• Antivirus/ Spyware audit of workstation*
• Assist users with workstation queries
